LifeStyle Home Builders Honored at Richmond Parade of Homes
LifeStyle Home Builders was recently honored at the Home Builders Association of Richmond’s 68th Annual Parade of Homes Awards Breakfast. The 2019 Parade features 73 homes built by 29 builder members, and the homes were judged by builders, designers, realtors and other building industry professionals outside of the Richmond market.
LifeStyle Home Builders, a locally owned builder based in Midlothian, received five awards on three entries, including two Silver Awards for their entries at Holloway at Wyndham Forest and The Highlands Glen Kilchurn.
“It is satisfying to receive this recognition and praise from our peers in the industry,” states Kevin McNulty, president of LifeStyle Home Builders. “Building a new home requires teamwork and a lot of talented people are involved in delivering these homes into the marketplace. During this year’s Parade, LifeStyle Home Builders is showcasing three homes designs: the Bronte, the Sutherland and the Olivia.

The Bronte Model Home received Best Curb Appeal and the Silver Award in its division. It is a five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, two-car-garage home with 3,439 square feet.

The Sutherland Model Home received the Best Curb Appeal and the Silver Award in its division. It is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, two-car garage home with 2,839 square feet.
The foyer’s vaulted ceilings create not only a dramatic entrance, but a large sense of space for this house. The first floor features a vast owner’s suite with two walk-in closets and a gorgeous master bath. There is a Quartz countertop vanity and a large decorative-tiled shower.
