Although you can visit our model home in Legacy Park at Magnolia Green by appointment at any time, the 2022 Richmond Parade of Homes is an ideal time to see the thoughtful, quality homes we build and the fantastic amenities that come with living in Legacy Park at Magnolia Green.
The Richmond Parade of Homes has begun, but on October 15-16, there will be special events that weekend at Magnolia Green. It’s a great time to visit our model home and find out just how fantastic life at Magnolia Green can be! This weekend will have an international flavor, with special passports and tour maps available at the Magnolia Green Aquatic Center. From noon to 4 p.m., visit the model homes, including ours at Legacy Park, for themed giveaways and a visual scavenger hunt. Get your passport stamped at each stop to complete the World Tour! Plus, visitors will enjoy live music, family fun, food and beverage trucks, ice cream and more. Make sure to catch a ride on the trolley!
