Year End Thanks

As 2019 draws to a close, we at LifeStyle Home Builders would like to thank each and every person who chose to build or purchase a home with us in one of the area’s outstanding communities. As a homebuilder in Chesterfield VA, we are grateful that you put your home in our hands to help make your dreams come true. We remain dedicated to running a small, privately held, family-oriented business that builds homes that are focused on the family — not the numbers.

Each year, we work hard to ensure that we have a home design for everyone. This is a subject we are passionate about, creating homes that reflect current trends and delight today’s homebuyer. Our dedication has led us to be named Builder of the Year by the Home Building Association of Richmond multiple times and we take that responsibility and recognition seriously. We know that there are a variety of homebuilders from which you can choose and we want you to be confident and completely satisfied when you choose to work with us.

We proudly build in the area’s top communities, creating a perfect blend of quality-built houses in family friend locations. Among the communities we’ve built in this year are River Mill, Holloway, Hickory Hill, Crimson Crest, The Highlands Glen Kilchurn, Lake Margaret, Rountrey, Summerlake, Patriot’s Landing, Harpers Mill, and Magnolia Green.

If you’re in the market for a home in Chesterfield, Midlothian, Moseley, and Glen Allen, you’ll find that we have homes currently available or under construction in many of these premier, luxury communities. From model homes to homes currently being built — which could easily be finished to your specifications — you’ll find a variety of home designs that are sure to meet your personal needs and wants.

For example there’s the charming home in the Holloway community at 10788 Forest Hollow Court in Glen Allen. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-car garage home has a spacious 3158 square feet, which includes a grand entry foyer, a study, family room, morning room, multiple large bedrooms, ground-floor master suite, covered deck, and addition bedrooms and a loft area upstairs.

Alternatively, if you’re looking for something a little smaller, but still spacious and full of amenities, the Windemere floor plan at 12512 Capernwray Drive, Chesterfield, VA in The Highlands Glen Kilchurn community could be perfect for you. This three bedroom, two bathroom, two-car garage home still has a generous 2700 square feet with features such as a large covered front porch, a screened back porch, a study, mud room, family room with a fireplace, and an outstanding kitchen complete with a walk-in pantry.

These are just a sampling of some of the homes currently available that represent the kinds of homes we strive to build, appealing to a variety of needs and lifestyles. One story, two story, master suites on the main floor, large bonus rooms for play rooms or space for multigenerational living, our homes reflect our understanding of our customers’ needs.

We want to thank you for sharing a part of your lives with us and letting us make an important part of your lives a reality. We truly appreciate each and every person and family who has bought one of our homes and helped us better serve the communities through the homes we build. As a homebuilder in Chesterfield VA and the surrounding area, we hope to help many more people create their dream home in 2020 and we count ourselves lucky to be able to work closely with each and every customer. Thank you and happy new year!
