Team Member Profile: Meet Kelsie Ireland
Meet Kelsie Ireland, the newest member of the Lifestyle Home Builders organization. Kelsie joined our Richmond home builder team three months ago as our New Home Navigator. She brings her love for people, interest in custom homes, and previous experience as a tag and title business account executive and as a server and bartender for a local steakhouse to this position.
As our New Home Navigator, Kelsie is the first contact for most potential buyers through the website, a phone call, or our LiveChat feature on the Lifestyle website. Her primarily job responsibilities include helping clients with initial communication and pointing them in a direction that will best suit their homebuying needs. She sets showings at our model homes, makes appointments with our New Home Sales Specialists, answers preliminary questions, and maintains our social media accounts and the Lifestyle website.
Kelsie loves assisting people on their journey to buying their forever home. “This is such a massive step and it can be overwhelming to some,” she says. “Our goal is to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. When they look back on this time after living in their home for 20 years, I want them to remember this experience affectionately.”
Why does Kelsie enjoy working at Lifestyle Home Builders? “I have never met a group of people that are uniquely connected and welcoming of someone new,” she says. “Kevin is an incomparable owner and boss who is acutely involved with all of us on a day to day basis. He has built a team that abides by his values of morality, hard work, perseverance and thoughtfulness. These traits are what you want and need when you go through this process of building your forever home.”
Her favorite quote is by Tony Dorsett — “To succeed you need to find something to hold on to, to motivate you, and something to inspire you.” It is no wonder that her new role, Kelsie aims to be a dependable employee who brings positive change and inspiration to the home building industry and Lifestyle company. When Kelsie is not working, you can find her going on adventures or painting. She is also a huge fan of “The Office,” so if she is not re-watching this series you can catch her watching a new show on Netflix.
