It’s time once again for the Richmond Homearama. Although the official event isn’t until May, there’s a special Dusty Boots tour this month that gives you a chance to see the showcase homes before they’re finished. If you’re looking at homes in Ashland VA, take an opportunity now to see just how well LifeStyle Home Builders builds their homes and how their designs can meet all of your needs.

The Richmond Homearama 2020 will take place in May 2020. Over 12 days, six custom home builders, including LifeStyle Home Builders, will be showing off their outstanding model homes. This time, the event will be held in the Hanover neighborhood of Hickory Hill, which is a small, beautiful community featuring single family homes on 1+ acre lots. It’s a place where you combine quiet cul de sacs with a modern neighborhood vibe, with the addition of attractive elements such as walking trails, preservation areas, and large open green spaces, as well as access to shopping, dining, and more.

This month, don’t miss the Dusty Boots Tour, which is particularly important for anyone seriously in the market for a brand new home. On February 22-23, from Noon to 5 pm, you have the opportunity to tour all of the showcase homes that are currently under construction. As showcase homes, each one will be filled with attractive extras, showing off the range of the builders. Best of all, these homes are currently for sale. It’s your chance to walk away with an incredible deal on a showcase custom-built home. Admission to this event is free so be sure to check it out and learn more about these special homes. Now may be the perfect time to act.

The Richmond Homearama begins May 2 and is a fantastic showcase of new home design trends, as well as interior design trends, as each home is fully furnished and decorated by some of the area’s top designers. Homearama also includes special events, including a mother’s day event, a classic car show, music, exhibits and more to give people a great opportunity to explore the latest in home and interior design, while showing the quality work of the area’s best custom builders.

On top of it all, Richmond Homearama partners with ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation, a charity organization that is Central Virginia’s largest and most comprehensive provider of support services for children with cancer and their families. The support begins the moment of diagnosis and extends through treatment and beyond.

During Homearama 2020, the six designer homes will be open for regular touring from May 2 – 17, 2020, with special events most days, along with food trucks and more, including the Taste of RVA, held May 7, with special food from local Richmond restaurants. There will also be a special preview party at Hickory Hill on April 30, from 6-10 pm. Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, beverages, live music, and a chance to preview the completed six designer homes before they are open to the public. The event is dressy-casual attire, and takes place rain or shine, but space is limited.

Anyone seriously interested in purchasing one of the new homes in Ashland VA should take advantage of the Dusty Boots Tour this month to potentially get a great deal on one of these stunning showcase homes. Regardless, mark your calendars for the Richmond Homearama 2020 in May and go ahead and contact LifeStyle Home Builders today to learn more about their showcase home and the rest of the beautiful homes they build in Hickory Hill and other communities in the area.
