The model is our Olivia floor plan. This is a two-story home with an optional partial third floor and an optional basement, providing plenty of flexibility and storage options. There are also five exterior choices: Classic Traditional, Craftsman, Euro Cottage, Virginia Vintage, and Farmhouse, which is the exterior for our model home. The Olivia floor plan has three to five bedrooms, 2.5 – 4.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage, and 2,731 – 3,536 square feet. Our model home features five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3,266 square feet.

Among the features that make the Olivia floor plan so attractive are a spacious, open plan with an expansive family room that opens onto the chef’s kitchen, complete with walk-in pantry.
