2019 Parade of Homes
It’s time for the Richmond Parade of Homes 2019. The 68th annual edition of this wonderful home showcase takes place each weekend from October 5-27, from noon to 5 p.m. With free admission, this is a great chance to explore a wide range of home styles being built by top builders in the region. Among them are LifeStyle Home Builders, with three homes open for visiting.
The Parade of Homes allows visitors to tour 73 homes built by 29 builder members located throughout the Greater Richmond area, including Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent and Powhatan. Builders are showing the variety of homes available for prices ranging from the $200s to more than $1 million. No matter the price range, builders understand the needs and desires of today’s home buyers. Visitors will see a range of floor plans, quality craftsmanship, design features that make homes feel unique, and the latest innovations and trends. Attendees also have the opportunity to vote for the 2019 People’s Choice Awards.
