LifeStyle Home Builders Wins Big at 2020 MAME Awards

At the 2020 edition of the Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards, hosted by the Home Building Association of Richmond, LifeStyle Home Builders came away with the prestigious 2019 “Builder of the Year Award”. This important accolade honors the hard work, attention to detail, and focus on customer service that makes LifeStyle Home Builders the top home builder in Chesterfield VA.

The Builder of the Year award, categorized by the number of homes built in 2019, goes to the home builder who not only constructs up to 50 homes during the year, but whose sales and achievements surpass the competition. President Kevin McNulty and his dedicated team at LifeStyle Home Builders closed 46 homes in 2019, but that was just the start. The whole team focuses on providing quality construction and superior customer service to each and every customer to create a memorable and stress-free home building experience. This was evident in a variety of major achievements.

For example, Lifestyle completed the new neighborhood in Magnolia Green, Carden Park. This is a community that already has a great deal of appeal thanks to premium amenities that include aquatic centers, multiple lighted tennis courts, and a championship golf course. To enhance the already high appeal, LifeStyle’s new homes in Carden Park feature flawless curb appeal, and quality home designs that are reflective of a new, modern neighborhood. In addition, the new community was completed while LifeStyle continued to focus on the next section of the neighborhood already in demand. They also built and outfitted a model home in Magnolia Green to serve as a key selling point.

As if all of that weren’t enough, LifeStyle also introduced the new Olivia floorplan and the Sutherland floor plan. The Olivia is showcased as a model home at the River Mill community, and the Sutherland can be visited at Glen Kilchurn at the Highlands. Both floor plans were recipients of awards at the 2019 Parade of Homes and were important catalysts for sales in 2019.
